First Webpage Free Promotion – Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Overview

The “First Webpage Free” Promotion (the “Promotion”) allows eligible new clients to receive one (1) webpage at no additional charge when purchasing qualifying website development services from WillowStone Marketing Inc. (“WillowStone,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

This Promotion is subject to the terms outlined below.

2. Eligibility

This Promotion is:

• Valid only for new customers
• Valid only for inquiries submitted between January 1, 2026 and March 31, 2026
• Limited to one (1) free webpage credit per business
• Non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion

WillowStone Marketing reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

3. Qualifying Purchase Requirement

To qualify for the Promotion:

• Client must purchase a custom website development package
• The purchased website must include a minimum of two (2) paid webpages
• The Promotion does not apply to:
  • E-commerce websites
  • Shopify stores
  • Online stores or product-based platforms
  • Website redesign-only projects without new development scope

This Promotion applies only to standard brochure-style or service-based websites.

4. Free Webpage Credit

The Promotion provides:

• One (1) webpage developed at no additional charge
• The webpage must fall within the scope of the agreed project structure
• The free webpage is subject to the same revision limits, timelines, and scope restrictions as other pages within the project

The free webpage:

• Will be shown as a credit line item on the invoice
• Has no cash value
• Cannot be redeemed for cash
• Cannot be applied to other services (e.g., SEO, branding, hosting, advertising)

5. Payment Requirement

The free webpage credit will:

• Appear on the client invoice
• Only be applied once the required project payment has been received in full or according to the agreed deposit structure

If payment is not received in accordance with the project agreement, the Promotion becomes void.

6. Scope & Limitations

The free webpage:

• Must align with the originally agreed sitemap
• Cannot exceed standard page design complexity
• Does not include:
  • Advanced integrations
  • Custom web applications
  • E-commerce functionality
  • Membership systems
  • Third-party software integrations beyond basic embedding

Any additional functionality requested beyond standard scope will be quoted separately.

7. Modification or Termination

WillowStone Marketing reserves the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice
• Refuse the Promotion if abuse, misrepresentation, or misuse is suspected

8. Governing Agreement

This Promotion is governed in conjunction with WillowStone Marketing’s:

• Website Terms & Conditions
• Client Service Agreement

In the event of any conflict, the signed Client Service Agreement shall prevail.

9. Governing Law

These Promotion Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
